GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The e-store Dentisteshop.lt shall belong to Dentistė MB, registration number 305133413, with the registered office at the address Švitrigailos g. 3, 03110 Vilnius, tel.: +370 650 92222, e-mail: info@dentiste.lt.
2. When registering or purchasing goods from the e-store Dentisteshop.lt, the terms and conditions of this Contract and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply.
3. Dentisteshop.lt shall reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of sale and change the sales prices.
4. The Sale Contract between Dentisteshop.lt and the purchaser shall enter into force from the date of crediting the respective amount of the order confirmation in the bank account of Dentistė MB.
5. By ordering products on the e-store Dentisteshop.lt and making a payment, the purchaser shall certify that he accepts the terms and conditions of purchase-sale of goods.

PAYMENT FOR GOODS

1. The prices of the goods shall be indicated on the e-store Dentisteshop.lt in euro.
2. When paying the order, the purchaser shall be entitled to choose the appropriate method of payment. The purchaser shall pay 100% of the amount of the order for confirmation of the order.
3. The Sale Contract shall be deemed to be signed and fulfilment of the order shall start immediately after payment of 100 % amount of the order by the purchaser.
delivery
1. After payment of the invoice by the purchaser, Dentisteshop.lt shall form an order and transfer it to its logistics partners for delivery.
2. The time limits for delivery set out in the e-store Dentisteshop.lt shall be applicable from the moment of payment of the invoice.
3. The purchaser shall undertake to notify Dentisteshop.lt of a change in the delivery address immediately before delivery of the goods.
4. In the event of any damage to consignments during transportation where not the packages of the goods but the goods are damaged, the goods shall be replaced or compensated for the purchaser.
5. Dentisteshop.lt shall not be liable for any damage caused to the purchaser or delay to deliver the good if the damage or delay in delivery of the good has been determined by the circumstances which could not be avoided or foreseen by Dentisteshop.lt.

Return of goods

1. Following the Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts are Concluded by Means of Communication approved by 17 August 2001 Order No 258 of the Minister of the Economy, the purchaser shall be entitled to terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. A returned good shall be not used, not damaged and shall be in the original package.
3. The costs of return of the good shall be covered by the customer except for the cases where the reason for return is a good not meeting the order or a defective good.
4. In order to return the good, the purchaser shall contact by e-mail info@dentiste.lt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the good. The application for return of the good shall state the name, surname of the purchaser, the name of the good or the order number.
5. The money for the returned good shall be repaid to the purchaser not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned good. In addition to the value of the returned good, the costs of delivery of the good shall also be repaid to the purchaser.
6. Dentisteshop.lt shall not be held liable for damage to the good arising through the fault of the purchaser, defects arising in the course of use of the good not for the intended purpose, normal wear and tear of the good when the good is used as usual.
